CASE IN POINT
U.S. Census Bureau Economic Census Program (USCB)
T-Rex re-engineered the Economic Census Program, as well as configured and supported the IT infrastructure needed for its sub-programs across USCB. This work focused on the re-engineering, modernization, and revitalization of the Business Register (BR), which was critical to the successful execution of the Economic Census. The focus was on the business architecture included within the BR and was accomplished through the improvement of customer/respondent experience; quality improvement of 1,600+ data products; the increase in speed at which those data products are released; a reduction in cost; and increased organizational efficiency.
