Seth Moore
President, Chief Executive Officer
Seth serves as Chief Executive Officer of T-Rex Solutions and is responsible for setting corporate strategy, leading operations and ensuring outstanding service delivery. Seth previously served as Chief Operating Officer, directing a broad portfolio of programs while managing corporate operations. During his tenure, T-Rex experienced an increase in revenues of over 550 percent. Seth also held the role of Chief Financial Officer for the organization. Seth has nearly 20 years of financial and operational management experience in the government contracting industry. Seth has led large mission-critical IT programs during his career with Lockheed Martin. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Maryland (UC).

Rick E. Dansey
Chief Growth and Strategy Officer
Rick serves as the Chief Growth and Strategy Officer of T-Rex Solutions, responsible for business development, proposal management, and strategic planning. Prior to joining T-Rex, Rick was Chief Growth Officer at TeraThink, where he grew the small business into a competitive mid-tier firm which was acquired by CGI Federal in 2020. Rick served as an executive at CACI, managing growth and business systems for the Federal civilian market. Rick is a decorated Navy veteran, an MBA graduate of the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and earned his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy. He also holds a master’s in Legislative Affairs from The George Washington University.

Jason Keplinger
Chief Technology & Innovation Officer
Jason serves as the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer of T-Rex Solutions, responsible for the company’s solution offerings and driving technological solution development and innovation into client delivery. Jason is also the Deputy Program Manager on T-Rex’s US Census Bureau Technical Integrator (TI) Program contract., where he leads all aspects of engineering, including cloud and data center architecture, system development, system migration, release management, DevSecOps implementation, mobile device integration, System of System (SoS) integration and enterprise security and operations. Before joining T-Rex, Jason spent 18 years at Lockheed Martin. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration of information systems and a master’s degree in information systems from Johns Hopkins University.

Cathy Lerche
Chief People Officer
Cathy leads T-Rex’s people operations, focused on building a high performing culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, goal attainment and professional development. She joined T-Rex from Lockheed Martin where she led human resources functions as an HR Director. In her last role, she led a team of HR senior leaders and business partners focused on performance management, total rewards, employee engagement, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent development – including retention of high performing talent, for approximately 3,800 functional employees. Cathy holds a bachelor’s in technology management, a master’s in human resources, and an MBA, all from University of Maryland Global Campus

Steve Raia
Chief Information Officer
Steve serves as Chief Information Officer of T-Rex Solutions. In this role, Steve leads the creation and implementation of the company’s technology strategy, champions the adoption of an agile culture in the IT team, and strives to mature our processes, applications, and infrastructure. Prior to joining T-Rex, Steve served as CIO at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and held IT leadership roles at TASC and CGI Federal. Steve earned an MBA from the University of Maryland (UC) and a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University. He currently serves on the board of directors for InfraGardNCR.

Marc Steining
Chief Operating Officer
As T-Rex’s Chief Operating Officer, Marc is responsible for the company’s internal-facing operating groups, overseeing Finance, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Information Technology / Information Security, Quality, Facilities, and Customer Satisfaction. He joined T-Rex from Lockheed Martin where he led finance and business operations teams with portfolios of large-scale IT development and integration programs and broad services contracts. His experience includes business strategy, international program execution, new business pursuits, program start-up, financial management, planning and analysis, and earned value management. Marc received an MBA from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame in Finance and Psychology.

Mary Verasin
Chief Financial Officer
Mary is Chief Financial Officer of T-Rex Solutions, responsible for treasury operations, financial strategies, program finance, contracts, subcontracts, and accounting. Mary has expertise in cost control, forecasting, cost allocation and financial analysis. Mary has experience on large, complex projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. Before joining T-Rex in 2017, Mary spent 13+ years at Lockheed Martin, managing programs valued at $100M+ per year and overseeing financial planning and analysis for a $500M line of business. Mary received her bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing information systems from James Madison University and her MBA from the University of Maryland.

Dab Kern
Executive Vice President, National Security Business Area
Dab is the Executive Vice President of National Security programs at T-Rex Solutions. Mr. Kern also serves on the Congressionally mandated National Commission on Military Aviation Safety. Dab previously led strategic growth and new technology development at CACI as a senior leader, helping Federal government meet emerging requirements. Dab supported national security programs in the White House spanning two presidential administrations leading the White House Military Office. He managed more than twenty directorates and commands comprised of over 3,000 active duty and civilian personnel, ensuring the safety and security of the President, Vice President, and key personnel during increased threat levels and times of crisis, and served as the President’s advisor on military operational support. Dab has also held a number of leadership positions in the National Security Council, U.S. Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. He served as President Obama’s Senior Director for Readiness and Response, helping to coordinate U.S. support to the Fukushima earthquake and the H1N1 pandemic. Dab was selected to the Senior Executive Service after a 20-year military career as a naval aviator. Dab holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in information technology and is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Naval War College.

Sean Murphy
Executive Vice President, Federal Civilian Business Area
As EVP of T-Rex’s Federal Civilian business area, Sean is responsible for technology development, service delivery and operations in the growing Federal-Civilian market. Sean joined T-Rex in 2011, having built his career at Lockheed Martin developing and managing various large-scale and mission critical enterprise management systems for the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Veteran Affairs, Census Bureau, United Kingdom Office of National Statistics and Statistics Canada. He has successfully developed and executed a long-term business strategy that has generated more than $3.1B in sales from 2004-2018. Sean has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in management information systems from James Madison University.

Allen Harper
Executive Vice President of Cybersecurity
Dr. Allen Harper has more than 30 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity. After retiring from the U.S. Marine Corps, Dr. Harper started a successful cybersecurity consultancy, which was acquired in just six years. Having performed hundreds of security assessments for public and private sectors, he is a best-selling author and the lead author of the Gray Hat Hacking series. Dr. Harper specializes in ethical hacking, offensive security, penetration testing, and reverse engineering. He most recently served as department chair and cyber program director at Liberty University. Dr. Harper holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from North Carolina State University, a master’s degree in computer science and information assurance from the Naval Post Graduate School, and earned his Ph.D. in business and IT from Capella University.

Jason Lickel
Vice President, Engineering
As Vice President of Engineering, Jason oversees the engineering organization and develops new technologies to support program execution and new business efforts. Jason previously served as the deputy chief engineer for the US Census Bureau’s Technical Integrator (TI) Program contract, solving technical challenges during the integration of more than 50 systems in a hybrid cloud environment. Jason has more than 18 years of experience in program management for large-scale IT and systems engineering in Federal government and defense. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University, a master’s degree in human factors engineering from California State University-Long Beach and certificates in systems engineering from the California Institute of Technology and Stevens Institute of Technology.

Sandra Perez
Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Sandra leads corporate and internal communication, marketing and external relations for T-Rex. She is also an executive co-sponsor of the company’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiative. Previously, Sandra served as vice president of communications at LMI as part of the senior leadership team and was responsible for strategic communications, marketing, corporate citizenship and editorial and research services. Sandra held leadership positions in several fast-growing small businesses in commercial and public sectors where she led corporate operations and programs for the CDC, USAID, the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense and developed crisis communications strategies for Fortune 50 companies. Sandra earned a bachelor’s degree in political communication and a master’s in global communication in international affairs from the George Washington University.

Clyde Relick
Vice President, Capture Management
Clyde serves as Vice President of Capture Management, shaping T-Rex Solutions and services to meet the needs of federal and defense clients, including enterprise and solutions architecture, agile methodologies, business process re-engineering, software system design and development, continuous integration, automated testing, and more. He served as the Capture Manager and Program Manager on T-Rex’s $1B+ US Census Bureau’s Technical Integrator (TI) Program contract from October 2017 through March 2018. Clyde has over 30 years of consulting experience and has led efforts at T-Rex and Lockheed Martin, capturing over $4B in new sales. Clyde received a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in industrial systems engineering and operations research from the University of Florida.

Trevor Wilby
Founder, Chairman of the Board
Trevor is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of T-Rex Solutions. He started the company in 1999 with a focus on long-term value creation, along with successful client delivery and employee outcomes. His strategic vision and ability to attract top subject matter experts led T-Rex to evolve from a small, HUBZone business to an emerging mid-tier business, and the #1 Cloud support services provider across government. Trevor has guided T-Rex’s growth for 20 years and has garnered recognition from Smart CEO and Inc. 5000. At the core of the company is a culture of accountability, respect, and performance excellence. Trevor’s willingness to take measured risks and continuously reinvest in the business has fueled T-Rex’s growth, success, and professional relationships with peers, clients, and partners in efforts to deploy IT platforms across the public sector. He received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Scott Wood
Vice President, Defense Programs
As Vice President, National Security – Defense Programs, Scott is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Department of Defense programs, as well as developing and executing growth strategies that position T-Rex to capture Next Generation Information Technology Programs. Prior to T-Rex, Scott served as Vice President of Programs for Leonardo DRS, a provider of cutting-edge defense technology to National Security customers. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of RADA USA, which completed a merger with Leonardo DRS in 2022. In addition, Scott comes to T-Rex with a wealth of IT knowledge and experience in the National Security space with large defense contractors such as Raytheon Technologies and Lockheed Martin, as well as smaller mid-tier companies. Scott holds a Masters in Business Administration from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York.
