Mission Critical Services – Essential for Every Program

Mission Critical Services – Essential for Every Program

Date: August 31, 2022

Mission Critical Services (MCS) are a core offering for T-Rex. At its core, MCS centers around user experience (UX), ensuring that enterprise mission-critical programs are on track to successfully deliver and support the mission.

MCS includes properly maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure to ensure the agency meets mission objectives. These goals are met using the following skillsets: Program Managers, Scrum Masters, Release Managers, Analysts, Knowledge Managers, SMEs, Trainers, and Change Managers.

For example, for the Healthcare mission, MCS professionals are protecting and managing information that impacts every American: keeping Personally Identifiable Information (PII) secure, medical records management, data analysis of health trends and conditions, and customer care.

T-Rex is making the mission happen by delivering MCS on numerous programs:

U.S. Census Bureau 2020 Census Technical Integrator (TI): Implementing enterprise-wide IT Modernization to bring the 2020 Census online for the first time in U.S. history without a single second of downtime; this is a constitutionally mandated mission which we successfully performed,

GSA FLEET Modernization: Modernizing the management of all government vehicles,

DHA Workforce 3.0: Ensuring the success on the mission of DOD healthcare for our military by focusing on Enterprise healthcare record modernization,

U.S. Transportation Command (USTC) Enterprise Architecture and Data Engineering (EADE): Designing and streamlining the data structures for more efficient execution of the USTC mission, and

DHS Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Visa Lifecycle Vetting Initiative (VLVI): Performing MCS functions such as analytical support, management, communications guidance, facilitation services, technical services, internal training, and functional expertise to support a core mission of DHS ICE related to Visa management.
